The goal is to increase participants' awareness of the effects of stress on mental and physical health, increase understanding of how the nervous system works and, with proper exercises and education, manage the stress state of the body. The symptoms and effects of stress on health are reviewed and how daily breathing exercises can make a difference when it comes to improved sleep, well-being and recovery.
By participating in the course, you get the support and knowledge you need to work towards better health and the motivation you need to develop healthy habits. Take responsibility of your own health and start putting yourself first.
The course includes 8 classes over 4 weeks, each class is 60 minutes at a time.
